About Shelly and Kari

Shelly Reef specializes in awakening inner awareness using sound, frequency, and guided meditation. She is a lifelong off-planet contactee fluent in 5D, timelines, spirit guides, starseeds, pineal activation, light-body and telepathic training. Her spiritual work is unbound by religion, culture, or social construct.

Shelly works as a professional sound healer, empathic healer, and spiritual mentor. She is the pioneer of harp and crystal sound healing and developer of the Therapy Harp healing technique with CEU’s through Yoga Alliance, used by therapists, yogis, and healers worldwide. Shelly is co-developer of AntiGravity Restorative Aerial Yoga, taught in over 40 countries. Her meditation work spans 40-years and her in-person teaching is in more than 20 countries.

Shelly is currently in residence at Sacred Sound of the Soul and Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA.

Kari Prevost

Kari Prevost is a former attorney and C suite executive turned soul coach with a passion for helping individuals connect with their true selves and live more fulfilling lives. As a graduate of the Hoffman Process, Nine Gates Mystery and Esoteric School, and a Certified Reiki Master, Kari has cultivated a deep understanding of mind-body connection and the power of energy work in healing, personal transformation, and liberation.

With over 15 years of experience applying these practices in daily life, Kari has honed skills in creating and leading transformational experiences that combine mindfulness, movement, and spiritual practices. Through these experiences, individuals can access their innate wisdom, overcome limiting beliefs, and cultivate lasting change.
